Brooklyn Adventure

Last Sunday, I finally got to meet Nancy and Eugene! They're both friends that I met through a game called 'League of Legends' and I was super lucky to be able to celebrate their birthdays that day. For their birthday gift, I made two dozen mini cupcakes themed after the game we all played. The little characters are called 'Poros'. They're super adorable and they love poro snacks, which are the swirly biscuits on the other cupcakes. Each box had an edible chocolate birthday plaque, one for Nancy and one for Eugene. I was thrilled to hear that they both enjoyed the minis!

We all went out to dinner at an all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant. $25.99 per person for 2 hours of all you can eat. I'd say that's totally worth it. And for that particular restaurant, if you eat on your actual birthday, you eat for FREE! You have to bring at least one friend with you, but that's still an insane offer!! The food was amazing, I would totally go back there again, this time for my birthday and add in the hot pot feature. 

After I got home, Nancy posted a picture of her box of mini cupcakes on her Facebook and guess what I noticed. One of the Poro was caught sneaking a bite off the poro snack cupcake!
